Sanjana Hattangdi is a mental health researcher and practitioner with an MSc in Mental Health Studies from King’s College London, and a BSc (Hons) from Krea University. Her work focuses on bringing evidence-based, data-informed wellbeing practices into corporate environments, with a strong emphasis on measurable behavioural change. 

Having studied and worked across India and the UK, she blends global research with cultural insight to design interventions that are both practical and deeply relevant. At Elephant in the Room Consulting, she designs and delivers webinars that translate psychological insights into practical tools people can use in their work, goals, and everyday life.
